I went out this evening with people from work for a cooking master class. Living in the city makes things like this so easy- it took about 4 minutes to walk there! We learnt how to make a chicken saag and vegetable samosas. We watched a woman make it first, then went back to our cooking stations where the ingredients were laid out in a Blue Peter style. It was BYO drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere, so we had a good laugh. My attempt wasn't a complete disaster, although the real challenge comes when I try to make it by myself at home! My favourite tip of the night was about how to make samosas.....you fold them into a traingle shape, and then when you put in the filling, start with pea (not a chunky piece of potato) so that it fills the corner properly!

Looks tasty! Very Masterchef....
