Day Trip with Mum

It's become a little bit of a tradition for me and mum to go for a day trip down to Brighton, and so we decided to go today as the weather forecast was quite good.

It was wet when we first arrived, so we hurried straight along to a little vegetarian cafe that we like, and by the time we'd eaten the sun had come out. We had a little bit of a mooch round the shops, the went down to the sea. I'm not sure if all the recent rain affects sea level or it it was just a particularly large swell, but the sea was really rough. We stood for ages watching the waves crash about, then had a walk along the pier in the sunshine. It was an absolutely fab day x x
