Run, Swim, Run

This morning, Vik, Jim, Dave and Daisy did a biathlon (run, swim, run) down at Mullaloo beach. Daisy was up first, and did brilliantly- better than I could have done! Vik and the boys set off shortly afterwards. Dave got a brilliant time, and Jim finished his second run with a amazing sprint finish. Vik had a great first run, but found it hard swimming straight afterwards, and so took the opportunity to hitch a ride back in the speedboat! Well done to all of you, and good luck in next week's triathlon!
