Sun, Sea & Science

Every Saturday morning, members of the surf life saving club go for a swim down at the beach, and Jon has been going along.  I'm not much of a swimmer, so this morning I went for a run along the coast path instead.  It's hard work in the heat! (that's my excuse, anyway).

We had a brilliant evening.  Vicki is on the PTA at Rocky & Daisy's School, and tonight we went to a fundraising event at Scitech, a Science Museum.  The school hired it out 'after hours', so the the kids had the whole place to themselves to run around and play on all of the exhibts.  Vik put us in charge of the bar, so we took it in turns and then went off to have a play oursleves.  It was really really good fun, and the kids absolutely loved it.
